ORDERING INFORMATION
Sales tax
Sarah Scott is required to charge 6% sales tax on the order amount, before
shipping, on all orders shipping to Michigan. No sales tax is added for
orders shipped to other locations.
Payment
options
Sarah Scott accepts Paypal, by which you can use Visa, Mastercard or American
Express.
Order
status
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are
received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) will not be processed
until the next business day.
Please expect approximately the following amount of time
for the processing and shipping of an order:
East Coast - 4 to 7 business days
Midwest - 3 to 6 business days
West Coast - 4 to 8 business days
If you want to check the status of your order, please
use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

Change submitted orders
If you need to change an order you've already placed, please email
our customer service department. For faster service, please include
your order confirmation number. We will do our best to assist you and
